Diana Chance has 32 years of experience in the oil and gas business and has acquired a broad knowledge of land, legal and governmental issues. She is currently the Managing Director of Donner Properties in Shreveport, overseeing 500,000 acres for the company primarily in Louisiana and Texas. Through her 29 years experience with Donner, she directs an office staff and outside consultants for surface, geology and geophysists. Diana has developed a unique "partnership" approach with industry in fair dealing processes to encourage drilling.
Diana has served on the executive board of the Louisiana Oil and Gas Association (LOGA) for over seventeen years. She was elected as the first female to serve a two year term as Chairman of LOGA. Diana actively participates in the political process to pass or oppose bills affecting oil, gas and royalty owner issues.
She is an active member in the Independent Petroleum Association of America, Texas Independent Producers and Royalty Owners Association, Red River Desk and Derrick Club, Shreveport Geological Society, the American Association of Minerals Owners and the Ark-La-Tex Association of Professional Landmen, as well as organizations in her community and church.
