Enterprise Products Partners L.P. reported Thursday that it will expand and extend its Acadian natural gas pipeline system to ship increasing gas volumes from the Haynesville Shale to the liquefied natural gas (LNG) market in South Louisiana.

“The Haynesville region currently produces approximately 11 billion cubic feet per day (Bcf/d) of natural gas, which is expected to grow to approximately 14 Bcf/d by 2025,” A.J. “Jim” Teague, CEO of Enterprise’s general partner, said in a written statement.
